• If you are an Emirati secondary school graduate, you are eligible to apply to the federal institutions of higher education in the UAE – United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) and Zayed University (ZU) – or scholarship to study abroad under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR), UAE.
